A brief introduction to BarChef, a background on the theory and approach of the perspective towards the craft of cocktails, description of a breakdown of the traditional method behind composition and the approach of an in-house program incorporating infused accent liqueurs, syrups for viscosity and mouthfeel, bitters, dilution etc. Intro towards the Modernist approach incorporating the progressive style within a craft that has been so classically driven during the ages. Visual powerpoint presentation of some of the cocktails that have defined my style and approach, description of the creative process and thought behind different elements of presentation.
