Coffee is currently ubiquitous in the bar scene. Because the new coffee composting and roasting as well as preparation methods offer many new flavors. And the combination of roasted flavors and caffeine in combination with spirits has a lot of potential for unusual drink variations.
We want to introduce participants to the world of coffee and share with them our insights and new trends. The aim is to highlight the coffee issue as a source of inspiration and tho show how varied the us of Licor 43 is. What works? How can Licor 43 be used in bars combined with coffee? This part includes the presentation of the exclusive BCB Signature Drink from our speaker.
