Edmund Weil spent 2 years in the Soho House group graduating from bartending to management before in 2010 finding the site that would become Nightjar. Alongside his wife Rosie, Edmund led Nightjar to become a regular fixture in the World’s 50 Best Bars as well as a successful business. In 2015 they opened Oriole, which was also propelled into the World’s 50 best Bars in its first year of operation. At the end of 2016 they opened their third outlet named Swift in Soho, which has won a host of National and International Best New Bar awards including Spirited Awards, Time Out and CLASS Magazine. Collectively Edmund’s bars have over 70k facebook likes and 130k Instagram followers.
