In an increasingly competitive cocktail industry where bartenders are both limited in most urban markets and those available need training to assimilate to the specific needs of individual bar programs, training bartenders has never been more important. This seminar will discuss the vital elements of a training program, discuss challenges associated with training such as costs and retention, and explore elements of training as means for developing hospitality intuitions.
