Four botanicals, over sixty days of infusion and a rather high alcohol content: this is the recipe signed by Pier Strazzeri for the rhubarb amaro produced by Fundeghera 1939. The memories of when he was a child together with the discovery of some bottles of rhubarb in the grocery store in Via Marconi, led him to think and create this amaro round and natural.
Together with cinchona, gentian and liquorice, a liqueur is born that is able to maintain all the scents and balances of the spices used and an ideal alcohol content for mixing. The nose immediately embraces those who meet him: this is what unites him with the spirit of Natale Mario, a lover of drinking well in company.
