Xoriguer is one of the few distilleries in the world which continues to produce in the traditional artisanal way using a recipe from 1750. A novelty at BCB2019: Koch el Mezcal de Oaxaca. From the outset, the main goal was to underline the uniqueness of mezcal and hence the idea that Koch El ® Mezcal is “liquid art.” Having more than 25 different Mezcal expressions, the maker is a guardian in the preservation of the ancestral and artisanal processes of Mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico.
