Bitter Natale Mario
It is the result of a combination of herbs, aromatic plants, spices and five different types of citrus fruit. It takes four months for all its notes to be expressed at their best. The result is a drink that is bitter but at the same time fresh, which diers from the classic bitter with much more sour tones and embodies all the sincerity of the character of Natale Mario.
A mix of spices such as gentian, rhubarb and cinchona, combined with citrus fruits such as cedar, bergamot and lemon. Bitter is dressed in all its sincerity starting from the colour: it is bottled without any addition of colouring agents, which makes it appear unusual to the eyes of those who see it, but unforgettable to the taste of those who try it. Its frankness is also perceived by its consistent flavour, sometimes diffcult and impertinent, which never tells any lies.
