Submission education programme 2026

This year we are shaking up our education programme with a whole new (and exciting) approach to our stages and formats.

We believe it is time to bring our speakers and audience closer together and break away from the classic keynote model to keep things more engaging.

Our Main Stage will be renamed Embassy Stage as it will be combined with our beloved Embassy bar to provide a casual atmosphere and create an interactive and entertaining hub.

The stage layout itself will also lend itself to more organic interactions as we will switch to an amphitheater seating arrangement with lounge furniture breaking the stiffness of a more classic layout and encouraging more interaction.

Content-wise, we would like to foster organic exchanges between speakers, moderators, and the audience and envision each session to run as follows:

FORMAT 1

Panel Discussion

A multi-voice discussion exploring a theme relevant to a wide audience, with space for diverse perspectives and contrasting viewpoints. 45 minutes total, including speaker introductions, the discussion, and audience Q&A. Up to 4 participants including the host or moderator.

FORMAT 2

Firesides & Panel Discussions

An intimate one-on-one conversation between a guest and an interviewer — more personal and conversational in feel. 35 minutes total, including a final Q&A.

FORMAT 3

Keynote

A presented talk with slides — best suited to topics that genuinely benefit from a structured narrative or visual support. 45 minutes total, including a final Q&A.

We are excited to have you on board and can’t wait for the audience to learn from you.

The Workshop Stage

The Workshop Stage offers a different kind of learning experience. Sessions here feature a hands-on component, designed for direct coaching, skill-building and real-time feedback in an intimate, proximity atmosphere. Whether you're leading a practical exercise or guiding participants through a technique, this format is built around active participation, practice and expert feedback.
