Who we are looking for

You qualify as a Incentivised Buyer if you:

Have decision-making or co-decision-making authority.
Are responsible for current or upcoming projects and procurement measures (within 6–12 months).
Have a specific interest in at least one of the fair’s topics.
Are prepared to participate fully in the planned meetings.

Head of Procurement
Or hold another key decision-making role in purchasing

Your Commitment:

Participate in at least 6 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings.
Attend the confirmed program sessions.
Provide brief online feedback after the meetings.

What are the next steps?

Step 1. Register your interest

To be considered for the Incentivised Buyer Programme, you'll need to register your interest via the form on our website. If you are eligible for the programme, you will receive an email notifying you if you’ve been accepted and how you continue with your registration.

Step 2. Selection process (PSA)

Once you have been accepted, you will need to identify the exhibitors you’d like to meet with.

Step 3. Matching process

The Bar Convent Berlin team will match your preferences with exhibitors’ preferences to generate your personalised diary.
