The First Stops of the BCB London Roadshow

The highly anticipated BCB London show, set to take place from June 30 to July 1 at Tobacco Dock, has been preceded by the BCB London Roadshow. Covering six cities, this initiative offers the bar and hospitality community a preview of the summer show, featuring exclusive insights, networking opportunities, and creative drink experiences.
Four Roadshow Stops in the UK
The roadshow kicked off with events in Manchester (February 24) and Edinburgh (February 25), hosted at two prominent venues in the bar scene: “Ego Death” in Manchester and “Panda & Sons” in Edinburgh. Attendees enjoyed sessions featuring industry icons, including Global Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell and Kevin Armstrong, the celebrated owner of "Satan’s Whiskers," UK’s number one bar. Joining them was BCB London Brand Ambassador Jack Sotti, ensuring a dynamic and enriching experience for all participants. Each stop saw happy attendees who explored an engaging educational programme while enjoying expertly crafted drinks.
On the 24th and 25th of March, the tour continued with exciting stops in Birmingham at “Passing Fancies” and Cardiff at “Lab22”. Guests were once again treated to expert insights from Ian Burrell, who explored the rich history and nuances of rum. Additionally, Elliott Ball captivated attendees with his engaging session, “Freak in the Sheet,” which highlighted the practical benefits of using Excel in bar operations.

The roadshow didn’t just connect hospitality professionals; it also provided valuable opportunities for exhibitors and partners. Media Partner SUPPER Magazine supported the Manchester event by sharing their magazines, while brands like Schweppes, Johnnie Walker, and Seedlip sponsored the events in Manchester and Edinburgh, enabling bar teams to create exceptional drinks with their products. Schweppes was also the sponsor for the two events in Birmingham and Cardiff.
