Exhibition Centre Berlin

Good to know

At Bar Convent Berlin, around 450 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors from all over the world met recently. This means that the BCB, which was founded in 2007 by bar and beverage experts Helmut Adam, Jens Hasenbein and Bastian Heuser, has long been the most important international event for the bar and spirits industry. Be there and meet the industry's most important multipliers, learn about new trends in the industry and discover exciting new products.

City Life Spirits

BCB showcases the spirit of urban life

Yes, we're moving! Our new home will be the Berlin Exhibition Centre.

The move marks the beginning of the era of the City Life Spirit for the BCB. The new location creates more space for creativity, stand construction, presentations and networking. The new BCB concept serves as a unifying theme that can be seen in the architecture, content and interaction at the trade show. Every exhibition hall will be transformed into a hub of activity with hotspots and special shows, reflecting the trends of big-city life.

You will continue to find the special atmosphere and the familiar touch at the BCB in the future. The community continues to meet here. We remain authentic and international, with a focus on the premium segments and top education.

Highlights BCB 2021

BCB Hotspots

In line with the City Life Spirits concept there is a special hot spot in each hall. Each is dedicated to a different theme and shows the connection between BCB and Berlin.

Education

On 7 stages, Director of Education Angus Winchester will again this year present a carefully curated education programme on current trends and topics from the industry.

BCB Exhibitors

In 2019, 446 exhibitors presented around 1,200 brands. Spirits and fillers, as well as coffee, beer, sparkling and low-and-no will also be part of the portfolio in 2021.

Food Court

We do not do without the typical food trucks either! Find various delicacies ranging from local to exotic. Naturally, in cooperation with local suppliers.

BCB Merchandise

At the beginning of 2020, BCB initiated a collab between bartenders and Berlin artists. The initiative was born at the peak of the corona virus lockdown measures which, as we all know, affected the bar industry and the artistic sectors at large.

The idea is simple: combining a bar team with a local artist to come up with cool, good looking and wearable merchandise in BCB design.

While none of the protagonists met in real life, they were still able to contribute and create something truly unique and original out of their combined expertise. This way we were all able to combine forces in a way that benefits all actors involved!
