When and where is Bar Convent Berlin 2025?

Dates: 6–8 October 2025
Venue: Exhibition Centre Berlin
Messe Berlin, Entrance North, Hammarskjöldplatz, 14055 Berlin

Who can attend? Is it open to the public?

Trade-only event—only industry professionals (bar owners, bartenders, distributors, etc.) are admitted.

Restricted to bar and beverage professionals 18 years or older, with valid ID and a personalized ticket.

A legitimation document must be uploaded during purchasing process.

Which entrance should I use?

The North Entrance (Hammarskjöldplatz) is the main access.

Visitor Tickets & Registration

Do I need to register or pre-book a ticket?

Yes—tickets are available only through the online ticket shop. Each ticket is personalized and non-transferable and will sent via email.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Yes—however, prices may vary compared to tickets from the online ticket shop.

Is a personalized ticket required?

Yes—each person needs a personalized ticket or exhibitor pass, plus valid ID for verification.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

Yes—At the latest 2 weeks before the show.

Are there discounted tickets for people with disabilities?

No—person with a disability can buy their ticket online, and their companion gets in free. Present a valid disability ID at the entrance.

Is documentation required for a disability discount?

Yes—a Disability ID is required.

How do I get a VISA invitation letter?

Visa letters are generated after a successful purchase and will be sent via email within the ticket confirmation mail.

I need to book tickets for multiple people, how can I do this?

You can order as many tickets as you want, but proof must be uploaded for each person, and each person must register individually.

I need help with using the ticket booking system, who can help me with this?

Do I need to print my badge at home?

Yes—you can print it at home, or simply use your mobile badge.

How do I amend the details shown on my badge?

Please send us the exact details you’d like to correct, and our team will take care of it for you.

When will I receive my badge? 

Tickets are generated after a successful purchased, confirmation is sent via email.

My legitimation was rejected.

Please double-check that the document you submitted aligns with industry. If it doesn’t, you’re welcome to submit another document for us to review.

Is there onsite printing?

Yes—onsite printing is available.

If a visitor has previously attended but there has been a gap of one to two years since their last attendance, would they be required to re-upload their legitimation documents? 

Visitors must provide proof of identity for each event to ensure that trade fairs are only attended by trade visitors. However, we can also verify guests for the next two years if it is clear that the company is active in one of the specified industries or if the guest has been visiting the trade fair for several years.

Are Student Tickets available?

Student Tickets are available only for Wednesday, intended for students over 18 years old in the field of Hospitality and Gastronomy. Please note that a valid student ID will be required and checked onsite during the event.

Manufacturers, distributors, and brands from the bar and beverage industry are invited to showcase their products and innovations.

Can I apply for a slot on the Main Stage?

Yes—application is open for speaker/submission slots via the event website

What’s the exhibitable product range?

Included categories range from spirits, wine, soft drinks, and barware to coffee/tea, snacks, and equipment.

How many exhibitors & seminars will there be?

Exhibitors: Approximately 500 exhibitors, including major global brewing and alcohol companies, showcasing products across various beverage categories .

Are we allowed to share the floorplan with the visitors?

Yes.

How can I access Exhibitor information?

You can access exhibitor information through the 'Exhibitor List' on the website.

You will be able to view a full list of all companies exhibiting at our event on our website under Exhibitor Directory. This information is only available via our website as we are unable to share this in any other format.

Contact Customer Service they are able to resend login data if you are main admin but also can add another subadmin.

Yes.

You can download show banner with you standnumber from die Manual (OSC in german) under downloads and implement them in your signature.

What happens if the event is postponed/cancelled?

Your sales contact will be in touch should the event be postponed or cancelled to assist you further and we would send you more information how to proceed further.

What happens if I need to amend my participation at the event?

How can I book a private meeting room to use during the event, who should I speak to?

Onsite small meeting huts are not open to the general public and have limited capacity. The Sales Team maintains a list of approved attendees. For small room bookings, reach out to Marina Kelly and Victoria Eggersmann.

Will an exhibitor need a stand builder pass?

Will there be an Exhibitor Night/After Party?

Exhibitor After Hours Parties are not official BCB events. They take place across Berlin and are hosted by various local bars. There is no official announcement from BCB regarding these gatherings..

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?

Free basic Wi‑Fi is provided for all event attendees, suitable for light internet use like email and browsing.

How do I find my way around the event?

You can find your way around the event using on-site signage and the printed floor plan available at the entrance.

Where can I find out the details of what is happening at the event?

We will upload the program to our website shortly.

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

Yes—cloakroom services are available. They open one hour before each hall opens and close one hour after the event ends. The fee is €3 per item (coat/bag) and €6 per luggage piece.

Are toddlers/babies allowed, accompanied by an adult?

No—the minimum age is 18 years old.

Are visitors allowed to bring their own foods?

No—you can purchase a wide selection of drinks and food on site.

Can I bring a bag or backpack?

Yes—backpacks are generally allowed at Bar Convent Berlin, but they may be subject to security checks at the entrance. It’s recommended to only bring essential items and avoid large bags, if possible, to help speed up entry. cloakroom facilities are available.

What about parking and public transport?

Bar Convent Berlin at Messe Berlin is accessible by both car and public transport. Limited parking is available near the venue, so using Berlin’s public transport system (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and buses) is highly recommended. The venue is well connected to major transit lines, making it convenient for visitors traveling from different parts of the city.

Can I reserve parking? If so, where do I book it?

No.

Will catering be available?

Yes—catering will be available at Bar Convent Berlin. The venue offers a variety of food and beverage options for attendees throughout the event.

Accessibility

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes—the event grounds are fully wheelchair accessible, with clear signage and infrastructure.

Is there wheelchair or mobility scooter hire?

Wheelchair rentals are typically available (deposit may apply) at main entrances. For mobility scooters, the venue doesn’t provide them directly — arrangements can be made through external providers upon request.

Is there accesible parking?

Accessible parking spots are available in visitor parking areas like P17/P18. You’ll need to display your disabled badge; these spots are located close to accessible entrances.

Are assistance dogs welcome?

Yes, but only them.

Is there an accessible changing place?

No, only restrooms could be used.

Is there a quiet room?

A “Room of Silence” (Rückzugs-/Gebetsraum) is available in Hall 6.2, near the Sommergarten. This space offers a calm environment and is open to all attendees.

Is there a first-aid station?

Yes—on-site medical services are available throughout the event.
